Continuity Readiness Review

A structured assessment of how your organisation would keep critical activities running after premises loss, supplier failure, or key-person absence.

Who this is for

Operations directors, general managers, and practice owners in logistics, healthcare, professional services, and regional manufacturing who suspect their continuity folder is out of date — or who have never written one that staff would open during a flood, fire, or major outage.

What you receive

  • A critical-activity map: which work must resume within 4 hours, 24 hours, and one week
  • Dependency notes for premises, people, records, and key suppliers
  • A rewritten continuity pack in plain language, with named roles and contact paths
  • One facilitated tabletop exercise with your leadership group
  • A short board-ready summary of residual gaps and recommended next steps

What is not included

We do not sell insurance products, write occupational health and safety manuals, or act as your ongoing crisis spokesperson. Legal drafting of contracts sits with your counsel. Technology recovery for specialised systems can be coordinated with your IT provider; we focus on the operational decisions and human handovers around those systems.

How the review runs

  1. Briefing — a 60-minute call to agree scope, sites, and the interruptions you care about most.
  2. Discovery — interviews and walkthroughs over one to two weeks.
  3. Draft pack — we return a continuity document set for your comment.
  4. Tabletop — a half-day exercise using a scenario built from your real constraints.
  5. Close-out — final documents plus a punch-list of actions your team owns.

Preparation we ask for

Access to current org charts, supplier lists, alternate-site options if any, and two hours with managers who know how work actually moves on a busy day. If you already hold a continuity plan, send it before the first site visit.

Next step

Request a continuity briefing and tell us which activities cannot stop without harming clients or cashflow. We will confirm fit and outline a fee range before any engagement letter.
